Dr. Mark Widdowson
Dr. Mark Widdowson, MD, PhD, MSc, ECP, TSTA, PGCert (TLHE), FHEA Senior Lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Salford, UK, a psychotherapist and a supervisor of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, an Enterprise lead for Directorate of Society, a Joint Programme Leader on Couples Counselling at the School of Health and Society, University of Salford, UK.

Dr. Widdowson is a holder of ITAA Research Award (United States, July 2017) for original and significant contributions to transactional analysis research and a holder of a Silver medal of the European Association for Transactional Analysis (Switzerland, July 2014) for research and developing the evidence base for transactional analysis for treatment of depression.

Dr. Widdowson is an author of a variety of articles and books on TA, such as:

Dr. Widdowson got his Masters in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy at Middlesex University (2003) and a PhD in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Leicester (2013).
